Do You Need An Alignment?

Everyone knows that an automobile needs maintenance.  Your automobiles owners manual has a specific regiment of maintenance dates.  But, all to often vehicle owners neglect these dates and wait until a noticeable problem arises.  Unfortunately it ends up costing the owner more money.  So here are a couple of markers you should get certain items checked.  If you keep these mileage markers in mind repair bills will not be so high

Pat's Frame & Axle is a name which has grown respect over the years since 1937.  Our tradition of excellence and quality of work has made our customers trust us with their second most valuable asset. (their automobile)!  We value this trust and strive to keep it.

History of Pat's Frame and Axle:

Currently owned by Thomas Banas and Raymond Rakowski, Pat's Frame & Axle has had an interesting history.  The first home of Pat's Frame and Axle was on the corner of Cline Avenue and what is now Interstate 80/94.  A small shop owned and operated by Pat O'Donnell.  A wonderful shop owner who was committed to his customers needs and his employees happiness.  Pat's wonderful charisma and empathetic personality made the customer feel welcome in his shop.  After the success of the first home, it was a necessity to move.  They moved Pat's to its current home on Ridge Road.  A six bay shop in a great location.  His committed customers followed and more customers were formed from the move to Ridge Road.  The next step in this story was the change in ownership.  From father to son, senior to junior, Pat O'Donnell to Pat O'Donnell.  Pat O'Donnell the younger was a wonderful successor to Pat senior.  The business prospered and developed more than ever.  It was even required that a second frame bay was to be added to aid in the multiple frame jobs.  With the number of frame jobs growing exponentially Pat's Frame & Axle was proud to have Robert Parish there to help.  Bob Parish developed into the one of the most respected frame staighteners in the country.  He was one of the many employees that helped the public develop a saying, "if you think it can't be done, take it to Pat's".  Since Bob was just one man, Pat hired a new young and hard working man: Ray Rakowski.  He was hired to do all work but Bob took him under his wing and developed yet another wonderful frame staightener.  Pat was able to keep these individuals by keeping them happy.  He always thought that the only way to keep a good mechanic was to keep them happy.  About ten years later another young man just out of trade school  was hired: Thomas Banas.   Tom was only employed for a short time because of the military draft for the war.  A steady customer base let Pat's Frame and axle Develop even more.  Soon Pat's was helped in ownership by his son Dennis for a short time.  Dennis then went on to own his own photography studio.  Pat soon retired from manager/owner to just renting out the building.  For a short period of time the name was changed when a new owner took position.  Now to the present time, in 1995 two owners developed and changed the name back to Pat's Frame & Axle.  Thomas Banas and Ray Rakowski.  Tom and Ray have enjoyed a successful six years and expect the success to continue through the use of highly skilled technicians and friendly service. Just as Pat did in 1937
